the usb subsystem keepts throwing this warning, all the time I move the
mouse:

this does not happen on 2.6.8, but on all 2.6.9 versions so far
including unreleased 2.6.9-5 based on kernel-source-2.6.9 version 2.6.9-4

Hi,

this turned out to be a hardware issue. New usb mouse works fine, and
the old one throws the same errors on other systems with 2.6.9 and 
2.6.10 booted, too (tested on 2 other boxes).

Thus, closing this bug.
