Bug#287254: kernel-patch-powerpc-2.6.8: Include the kernel-source-2.6.8 changelog in the kernel-image packages.

It would be nice to have direct access to the kernel-source changelog in the
kenrel-image package, to more easily find what did change, instead of having
to download the multi-MB kernel-source package and look there.
