Bug#283919: initrd-tools: Should warn if root device is not found
Ok. I've found that GRUB supports different kernels with kopt_x_y_z option in
menu.lst. My workaround was:
# kopt=ramdisk_size=32000 ro console=tty0 panic=30 root=/dev/ida!c0d0p2
# kopt_2_4=ramdisk_size=32000 ro console=tty0 panic=30 root=/dev/ida/c0d0p2
But please, detect if kernel found the root device. This is hard to diagnoze
if every reboot takes over 10 minutes...
