I remember seeing this also at LinuxTag in July (or was it end  of june). This
definitively is fixed in 2.6.8 kernels now, as i run hald and udev on both my
pegasos 2 and my ibook.

Notice that it is maybe time now that rc1 has been killed to ask for the
removal of 2.4.25/2.4.26/2.6.7 kernels from both testing and unstable.
