Bug#275302: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-686-smp: scsi module does not get loaded in initrd
Package: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-686-smp
Version: 2.6.8-3
Severity: important
After upgrading from 2.6.7-1-686-smp the box did not boot.
Boot-Messages are attached from both kernels. Looks like the
scsi-driver is not included or does not get loaded at the
right time. The box uses Raid1 on sda1 and sdb1 as root-filesystem
and we are using udev with devfs-layout. Might be a bug in
initrd-tools for that (unusual?) configuration.
