Likely you have both kernel-image-2.4.27-1-k7 and
kernel-image-2.6.9-1-k7. installed on the machine.

There have been at least two releases of kernel-image-2.4.27-1-k7
over the past few weeks (sorry about that, we all make mistakes).
Are you sure you aren't seeing successive updates of the same package.

That is  bit of a problem, though I think this is the first
time it has been reported against 2.4.27 (as opposed to 2.6.8/9).
There is at least one bug in the BTS for this.
