Bug#279260: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-686: Problem gone away
Package: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-686
Version: 2.6.8-5
Followup-For: Bug #279260
Currently running 2.6.8-5 and this problem has disappeared,
ACPI poweroff is working properly now - so you can close
this bug.
I didn't get to try the 2.6.9 betas as offered, as the laptop
is mostly production and apt-get install is as wild as I
want to stray.
