Hello,

please add the LFS (Large File System) Patch from Urban Widmark to the
smbfs in your 2.4.x Kernel.

The patch is needed to access files greater than 2GB on a
Windows-Share. We use it to backup and restore Windows-(Database)-
Server with the AMANDA Backup-System.

this issues are for shure addressed in 2.6,
and if i remember correctly also for 2.4.
