Bug#261984: mkinitrd needs "raidtool2 OR mdadm" for RAID arrays

get_raid_raidtools is only called when mdadm is not installed; if
mdadm is installed, getraid_mdadm will be called (which doesn't
require a /etc/raidtab file).

d-i installs mdadm before installing the kernel, so getraid_mdadm
should get called in mkinitrd.

Did d-i not install mdadm for you? What was the exact error message
you received, and can you reproduce this bug?
