This is related to Bug#262540.  In fact, patch-2.4.26-3 has not been
applied to the tarball that shipped in revision 2.4.26-4 of
kernel-source-2.4.26.  Just great.

I have already cleaned up the patches -3 and -4 (which didn't apply
cleanly) and am currently preparing a new revision of the package.  In
the meantime, please file your discovery as a bug against
kernel-image-2.4.26 and use the appropriate severity.
