binutils: Unrecognized opcode: dssall on powerpc

After updating binutils to 2.15-1, building a new kernel results in an
error:

Compiling the kernel with binutils_2.14.90.0.7-8_powerpc.deb installed works
fine. 

Sven Luther asked me to file this as a RC bug.
