Bug#259457: kernel oops

Package: kernel-source-2.6.7
Version: 2.6.7-2
Severity: normal

I was getting lot of kernel ooops messages which I couldn't see
because the console scrolled too quickly. It was looking like the kernel
went into a loop, constantly emitting ooops messages. At some point I
tried to issue sysrq -h, and got a stable screen. Here is what it had:

I had to press the reset botton afterwards because the machine hanged.
