FATAL: Module ata_piix not found failed to create initrd image
hi !
many of us found this error when trying to build a kernel 2.6.x with
initrd. here is what i do :
1-install sarge beta-3
2-apt-get install kernel-package
3-apt-get install bin86
4-apt-get install libncurses-dev
5-apt-get install module-init-tools
6-apt-get install bzip2
7-make-kpkg --initrd --config=menuconfig --revision=name
kernel_image
8-dpkg -i kernel-image-2.6.4_name1.0_i386.deb

I look in /usr/sbin/mkinitrd and try to pass the ata_piix but i dont
success.
