KDE: Default to HDMI sound output when available

Hi all,

Every day I connect TV with speakers to my laptop via HDMI cable. When
connected, it doesn't change to new output. I have to manually change to
HDMI audio. When disconnected, sound output default to laptop speakers.

Audio Volume Settings panel, on Advanced tab, has "Automatically switch
all running streams when a new output becomes available" but this
doesn't work, when I plug in HDMI, nothing changes, my default audio
sink stays the same (laptop speakers).

How to change audio settings, so it does one new thing as below:
* when HDMI Audio output is available, switch to it

Nothing else is needed really.
I use Debian 11.
