Re-Installing kdeaccessibility helped to fix kmag and kmousetools issue.

Removing libreoffice-kde5 now shows...

   libreoffice-kf5 (1:6.4.5~rc1-1)
   libreoffice-qt5 (1:6.4.5~rc1-1)

...as removable candidates.
