Hi,

I've followed the workaround proposed there:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdegraphics-thumbnailers/+bug/1574049

That is:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/plugins/gsthumbnail.so /usr/lib/x86_64-
linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/

and I immediately have had PDF preview in Dolphin.

I precise I did already have kio-extras installed in case it matters.
