Missing metadata (tags, ratings, ...) in dolphin, Debian Testing

Hello

New machine, installed Testing with KDE 4.13.3, including dolphin and baloo, 
but there are no metadata displayed nor editable in dolphin (tags, ratings, 
...). Libbaloowidgets4 and libkfilemetadata4 are installed, xattr enabled. 
What is missing?
