Debian doesn't create KDE. KDE is a separate software product
with its own bug roporting system. Note the bug reports listed
above. 

BTW KDE has gone down hill of late. It gets as many complaints as
Vista it seems. My solution is simple. I use Trinity which is a
clone of KDE 3.5. Try it, you might like it (or not.)
