For the kde packages, 
sudo apt-get install build-essential
apt-get source sourcepackage 
sudo apt-get build-dep sourcepakage
cd sourcepackage-version
cp ../patch.diff debian/patches
echo patch.diff >> debian/patches/series
dpkg-buildpackage (-jnumberofcores)

you have now packages in ..
