Didn't have this here. I suggest sticking to the upgrade instructions on the webpage, it seems you got an other order of package installations due to your apt-get install dolphin kdebase-workspace. Or try with aptitude since the update instructions use it too. If all else fails, dpkg --force-depends remove kde-window-manager kdebase-runtime-data aptitude -t exp-snapshots install kde-window-manager kdebase-runtime-data might work.
