Well, here are a couple of my problems:

1. swfupload does not work (http://demo.swfupload.org/v220/index.htm)
2. Most Videos don't work (Well, Youtube doesn't, blip.tv does, 
Flowplayerdoes work sometimes). On those sites delivering a 
non-functional video, Flash does load, but only a black screen is displayed.

The hints you gave me didn't help unfortunately.
