Ultimate way of installing flash plugin in konqueror in lenny

Hi list,

has this stable lenny distribution an ultimate way of installing any of
the free (preferable) or non free flash plugings?. I have been able to
install the non free plugin in iceweasel, but no luck with Konqueror.
