How I can help to fix this bug, what > information can I provide? Well, the sad truth is that something in KDE 4.1 (it is not backports specific) is leaking memory. I have also noticed this and it's already been annoying me for some time. Things got a bit better in 4.1.2 but it still uses up to 1Gb in 24 hours on my machine. I suggest you just wait for 4.1.2, the konq problem you're describing does not seem to be there anymore, but leakage is still very noticeable. -- Modestas Vainius <modestas@vainius.eu>
