knode and newsgroup spam filtering

Hi, I'm rapidly running out of newsreaders to try on Debian Unstable that
will do what I want, and wonder if someone could help with knode filtering.

I get many Debian-related mailing lists via news.gmane.org and I'd like to
filter out messages that have gmane.spam.detected in their Newsgroups:
line.

It does not appear that one can subscribe to gmane.spam.detected directly
and mark all messages in gmane.spam.detected as read, making use of marking
cross-posts as read )-:.

Any suggestions?
