OK, thanks. Thats it: 'modprobe snd_pcm_oss'.
It creates /dev/dsp and it is working (cat /var/log/messages >/dev/dsp).

KPhone is now doing SIP connects to Asterisk, but the sound is 'choppy' (maybe 
the uninitialized SIP data buffer playing again and again). But this seems to 
be an Asterisk (or component used by Asterisk) problem. Linphone and 
gnomemeeting stay silent... (so they initialize their data buffer;-).
