Is JuK crashing for anyone beside me?

The current unstable JuK doesn't work for me. It doesn't recognize sound
files added in my music folders. Well, so I just add that folder anew,
but when I do that, JuK instantly crashes. I tried even after removing
jukrc and .../apps/juk. Curiously, the crash only happens, when the
added folder is at the top of its own partition. When I add a folder at
a lower level on the same partition it works.

The crash happens because a call to the POSIX opendir function
apparently returns NULL. What makes this even more strange is that the
crash doesn't happen with an up-to-date version of JuK I compiled from
KDE CVS; although that version uses exactly the same calls to
opendir/readdir. OTOH, I do get the crash when I build the JuK package
myself from the debian package sources.

I've submitted a bug report at
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87491
but so far, in an exchange with one of the developers, we've been unable
to track the problem down.

Ah, well, at least for me the CVS version has another issue, it doesn't
recognize playlists (.m3u) on adding a folder.
