Problems with CERTS in konqueror with KDE 3.2.0 CVS, orth deb

Hi all,
I'm using the orth .deb packages from oberlin for KDE 3.2.0 cvs,
and in a just installed system, I don't see any certification
authority on the certs manager. As a problem derived from this one is
that on each site I enter that uses https, I get errors telling me
that the certificate of the site is not valid and is signed by an
unknow authorithy.

How can I get the certification authorities certs from another kde
3.2.0 cvs installation that is running ok and insert them on this
faulty machine ? where is located the file that has all the certs ?

 Best regards
