Problems with Kwin

Hello,

i have the following problem. By start of kde 3.1 following errors are reported in .xsession-errors:

startkde: Starting up...
_KDE_IceTransmkdir: Owner of /tmp/.ICE-unix should be set to root
kbuildsycoca running...
mcop warning: user defined signal handler found for SIG_PIPE, overriding
_IceTransmkdir: Owner of /tmp/.ICE-unix should be set to root
kdecore (KAction): WARNING: KAction::updateShortcut(): name = "unnamed", cut = ; No KAccel, probably missing a parent collection. kdecore (KAction): WARNING: KAction::updateShortcut(): name = "unnamed", cut = ; No KAccel, probably missing a parent collection.

Usage: kcmshell [Qt-options] [KDE-options] [options] module

A tool to start single KDE control modules

Generic options:
  --help Show help about options
  --help-qt Show Qt specific options
  --help-kde Show KDE specific options
  --help-all Show all options
......

You see that by starting kde kcmshell will be called with wrong arguments. And then when for example start any program that need kwin, so kwin hang up and the kwin-error will be reported. And then the windowtitles disappear and in the .xsession-errors will be the following warning reported:

No K menu group with X-KDE-BaseGroup=settings found ! Defaulting to Settings/

Somebody know what going wrong?

Yevgen.
