That c102 only means that they are compiled with gcc-3.2, which now also
is in testing the standard compiler. So no problems with that.

So you'll then have a woody system

That's not right. Testing here runs perfectly with the new libvorbis0a,
you are mixing testing and woody packages and that causes you're
problems, so throw out woody-src lines from your sources.list if you've
got a testing system and such problems arise.
