Ok I made it work with:
./configure --with-qt-dir=/usr/share/qt3
after having replaced symlinks /usr/bin/gcc /usr/bin/g++
they are now linked to gcc-2.95 and g++-2.95 instead of the 3.2
version (as said in David Pye post).
I thank him for it.

I installed it but I still get the same error
# apt-get install kdevelop
