If you are running plain woody, you should use the debs from kde.org and/or 
from ktown.kde.org/~nolden. And you should probably remove unstable from your 
sources.list or use apt-pinning to tell apt what sources you want to install 
packages from.

If you are running sid, you may have to either wait a couple of days for 
kdenetwork etc, or install if from the maintainers source 
http://people.debian.org/~ccheney/
