Qt apps linking against obsolete version

I compiled a list of non-kde applications that are still compiling
against libqt2. I then went through one by one and tried to compile
against libqt3 to see if they could be updated. In some cases a newer
version of the application is available that may be needed to recompile
against libqt3. Most of the ones that fail seem to be unmaintained
upstream as well.

The fewer apps using qt2 the better since it means users don't have to
use as much ram loading different libraries.

Here are my results:

works
-----
cuyo
ecamegapedal
hamfax
icemc
kbedic (I can't read bulgarian but much newer upstream version exists)
kseg
mosixview
nvclock
qbrew
qterm
qttudo
turqstat
vlc (Not sure if this is updated for qt3 but is active upstream)
xdrawchem

fails
-----
gmod (dead - last update Sep 1 1997 )
gutenbrowser	(dead? - last update Jul 28 2001 )
icomlib (dead? - last update Jul 4 2000 )
linpsk (dead? - last update Jan 28 2002 )
nethack (dead? - last update Mar 20 2002 )
phaseshift	(dead - last update May 5 2000 - upstream gone )
qps (dead? - last update May 2 2000 )
qtcups (dead - last update Jan 26 2001 - upstream says use kdeprint )
regexplorer	(dead? - last update Sep 8 2000 )
rumbagui	(dead? - last update Jul 11 2001 )
tuxeyes (dead? - last update May 24 1999 - written for qt1 )
xexec (dead - last update Aug 14 1997 - can't find upstream site )

rumbaview	(appears upstream is just really slow, nudge them?)
vipec (appears upstream doesn't realize qt3 doesn't work)
xcardii (appears upstream doesn't realize qt3 doesn't work)

pointless (there are qt2 and qt3 versions of these)
