pop3 service won't start
I think something bad happened when I forced the installation of kiofoto3
as now my machine cannot start any ioslave processes. Nothing appears on
the desktop and no communication pipes can open (i.e. no network traffic).
I've tried re-install KDE but that doesn't appear to work. I'm running
2.4.19 with the preemptive patch.
