I have a silly question for you. Have you tried to type La Tercera's URL in 
Konqueror directly? You mentioned that La Tercera sends you the web page by 
email. It looks like your problem is that Konqueror opens the web page which 
is in Kmail's cache, so it cannot find any stylesheets, scripts and images as 
they are not on the local machine (see html sources below). Other than that, 
Konqueror renders La Tercera pages quite nicely.
