Trying to install Kdevelop (Gideon)

When I apt-get Giedon from:

http://people.debian.org/~njordan/stable binary/ 

I keep getting errors like this:

gideon: Depends: kdelibs4 (>= 4:3.1.2) but it is not

Depends: kdebase-bin but it is not going to be

Depends: gideon-plugins but it is not going to be
installed

Now I know that I have kdelibs4. Im running KDE 3.1.2.
I dont really understand what is going on here. Any
suggestions? Thanks in advance.
