Source package at http://sim-icq.sf.net probably contain spec
files for distribution.

When I extracted this package, I found admin/debianrules file, which
is probably for making a debian package from source, but I can not 
find a way how to do it.

When I fakeroot admin/debianrules binary, nothing happen

Any idea?
