Font substitution in konqueror

Is it possible to specify the "Times New Roman" font as a substitute for
the "Times" font, especially in Konqueror?

For example, at www.nytimes.com there is an "AP and Reuters" section
along the right border, which displays ugly fonts in Konqueror. I
believe this is due to the "Times" font being used. I would like to
substitute with the "Times New Roman" font.
