Don't use qlist.h. Use qptrlist.h like the API documentation says. The qlist.h
file is now in libqt3-compat-headers for building old Qt apps that haven't
fixed their includes yet (they're provided for compatibility reasons by
Trolltech and only include their new substitute anyway).
