I have found a reason.
I disabled the Crypto-Modules in KMail-Setup and the use-agent statement
in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf.
additional i must change my default key with kgpg once again.

now a can acces to my decryptet messages and can encrypt/sign new
messages.
but does not work with the aegypten-plugins
bug or feature? ;)
