While building the latest KDE CVS (3_1_0_RELEASE) I noticed the builds stalling when a program called meinproc is invoked. The build finishes but at a far longer time than expected. (I haven't gone around to really timing it, but I remember leaving town and returning to find the build still chugging along.)
