There was some kind of unknown problem, but it is fixed.
I have been struggling with producing kde3.1 rc2 packages and source packages.
Especially to get scripts together to produce debian source diffs was a
battle. Anyway, arts/kdelibs/kdebase kde 3.1 rc2 should be up now, and the
other packages are following one by one.
The kde 3.1 rc2 packages are produced from the .tar files from KDE and not
from CVS snapshots.
The kde3.1 directory always contains the "latest" version, whatever it is
called.
