Launching an application with the keyboard

Hi

Is it possible to launch an application with a keboard shortcut in KDE 3.02 ?
With WindowMaker or Sawfish which I can assign say "Alt t" to launch a 
terminal session. Can I assign a such a keyboard shortcut to Konsole using 
KDEs window manager, I cant seem to find such an option in control panel ?
