I has been adviced to use :

Argo/UML http://argouml.tigris.org, 

dia 
dia2code - a dia-UML to C/C++/Java code generator
dia - Diagram editor
dia-common - Diagram editor (common files)
dia-gnome - Diagram editor (GNOME version)

or kuml (the last version seems to be buggy)
