Probably the best thing to do is to copy the debian/rules and 
admin/debianrules files for kdelibs and then modify them as required. This is 
what I did for a quick koffice package. There was a text file in kdelibs 
which explained how to package kde apps. I don't know if calc has updated it 
for the new packaging.
