Mayhaps - that's why I mentioned the version with which I experienced
the bug, you know....

Because it globally broke on the 9th? Decimals could matter to the
computer once the timestamp is stored in a string of fixed size
instead of an integer. 


People are unconditionally guaranteed to be full of defects.
