	You should copy all the packages you've downloaded to
	/var/cache/apt/archives/ and then use apt-get. Be warned that
	if you didn't download necessary packages and apt-get doesn't
	know how to get them, it will complain.

	Your best option is to copy the packages to that directory
	*and* include the lines in Ivan's site so that apt can grab
	anything it wants.
