fyi - added packages

Hi,

    I'm dropping in some other packages into the potato "beta" mix.  Most of
them are just backports of sid packages.  

    kbear
    kaim
    kdestudio
    kdbg
    kde-designer (ie..qt-designer +kde support)
    kdict
    
and the Blackdown java2 Debian packages.  you only need j2re1.3_1.3.0-2_i386.deb
but I'm putting them all there for those who might want them.

j2re1.3_1.3.0-2 is the version you need in order for java to work within 
konqueror beta2. And there are only i386 packages currently.
