Keep Bundle in Upstream Tarball?

Hi,

I came across something odd when packaging @yarnpkg/core: a bundle 
output is being imported by a file that makes up the bundle???
This doesn't feel right and I've written [1] to yarn upstream, but no 
response from them yet.
In the meantime, how do I proceed with packaging? Do I leave the initial 
bundle in the upstream tarball?
