junior-doc again, helper script added

The release-du-jour of junior-doc (1.14) includes a script to help
browse what's in Debian Jr.

Sample output of that script:

  http://people.debian.org/~synrg/list-junior.html

Script source:

  http://people.debian.org/~synrg/junior-doc/examples/scripts/list-junior

The new Quick Guide itself, which includes a section on using the
script:

  http://people.debian.org/~synrg/junior-doc/quickguide/

And yes, I know the dependencies for list-junior aren't listed in
junior-doc's Depends.  Please see both the doc and the header of the
script for rationale.

Comments, suggestions welcome.  (Particularly on the doc.  Please don't
fixate on the script, as that is just a quick-and-dirty and not intended
at this point to be very featureful.)
