Web site updates

I have made some updates to the Debian Jr. web site.  Please see
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-jr and contact me if there is anything
you think needs fixing.  In particular, note:

	- new press item (Linux Magazine article)
	- new list of jobs
	- links to current meta package listings
	- edits to the "Applications" goal
	- misc. other small fixes
